Crown Prosecutors attempt to silence MPPs over Gulick Forest Products allegations

Randy Hillier, MPP for Lanark-Frontenac-Lennox and Addington, along with Renfrew-Nipissing-Pembroke MPP John Yakabuski, were served with notice of an intended lawsuit by the three Crown Prosecutors involved in the Gulick Forest Products case. MPP’s attempt to re-enter legislature derailed by disagreement

If Ontario Premier Dalton McGuinty went ahead with his plan to prorogue the Ontario Legislature this week (which he hadn’t done as of press time), Randy Hillier will be back in his seat when the government reconvenes after the Olympics.

A Legacy of Service Remembered
