Smith Falls factory for sale again
The Hershey chocolate factory in Smiths Falls is once again up for sale, signalling that the would-be water bottling firm Aquablue International has failed to establish a business in the ailing Eastern Ontario town.
The 40-acre plant was re-listed earlier this month by CB Richard Ellis. On Monday, the firm began marketing the 472,430 square foot facility, at a price of $4.7 million. [...]
